This is how we calculate the price for a real estate wholesale deal for you. It’s the best formula to make you the most amount of money! Most of the time we are even better than 30% under market. Just check our available properties and see.

EXAMPLE

ARV x .70 = Price – Est Repairs ($8-$10/sq ft) = YOUR PRICE

3 Bed/ 1 Bath 1500 Sq Ft. ARV = $100,000

$100,000 x .7 = $70,000 – $12,000 = $58,000
